Shine The Light-Walk in Solidarity
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month (#DVAM) . We will be walking from each side of the Governor Mario Cuomo Bridge, to meet in the middle of the pathway in solidarity with others from the Rockland and Westchester communities.

About the event
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month (#DVAM) . On Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 11:00 AM (Purple Day). We will be walking from each side of the Governor Mario Cuomo Bridge, to meet in the middle of the pathway in solidarity with others from the Rockland and Westchester communities, in honor and memory of victims and survivors of domestic violence. We encourage you to wear PURPLE.
